Bark Ridge is my home, and that is at the heart of the experience I want to create. Rather than treating every pet the same, I believe in getting to know each guest as an individual and caring for them according to their own personality, routines, preferences, and needs.
My background in luxury hospitality, including my time with The Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria, taught me that exceptional service is often found in the smallest details. It's the thoughtful touches, the attention to what makes someone comfortable, and the little things that make an experience feel truly special.
I bring that same philosophy to Bark Ridge.
Our guests become part of our household during their stay. They spend time with my family, share our home, and receive the kind of personal attention that simply isn't possible in a large boarding environment.
And perhaps the most important part: We genuinely love our guests.
We get to know their personalities, their funny little habits, their favorite things, and all the quirks that make them who they are. Somehow, we seem to fall in love with every pet who comes through our door.
